All software elements we use for your website – such as Content Management Systems and databases – are based on open source technology. This means you will not have to pay any license fees for the use of the CMS and database.
Another great thing about open source is that there are literally thousands of people out there constantly improving and upgrading which gives you the latest piece of technology.
Every line of code and style sheet we produce is compliant with W3Cs’ (World Wide Web Consortium) standards. We give you flexibility – whatever you want to do with your website, now or in the future, your site will be expandable to do all those things you’ll need to do in the future but do not know now.
Managing your content
If you wish o be able to update the content of your website yourself, we can implement a Content Management System (CMS) for you. And you don’t have to be an HTML expert in order to update the content of you site or know about upload/download from your server. Using a CMS can be as simple as typing a document into Microsoft Word – you enter text and images, select bold, italic etc. and our system makes sure everything you add is displayed within your standard website layout.
